A small tourist center Tlaka is a part of the Maechtig homestead, which dates back 400 years. The estate begins in the very center of the town at the confluence of the Šokatnica creek and the Dreta river. Along the stream, there are lining up the main house, our renovated outbuilding (apartment and studio on the first floor, glamping bathrooms and outdoor kitchens on the ground floor), glamping in an orchard with four living-sleeping waggons, an apiary, a fruit dryer, a barn with a hayloft, a double hayrack (overnight stay in hammocks for backpackers in the attic and a picnic area underneath), meadows, fields and a forest….

APARTMA/APARTMENT
Prostorni apartma je dobro opremljen za skupino do 15 gostov, za vse, ki iščejo prostor za oddih skupaj s sorodniki, prijatelji ali udeleženci raznih, tudi »brainstorming« druženj in tečajev. V nadstropju je pokriti vhodni balkon – gank, sledi pa velik prostor s kuhinjo in jedilnico na eni strani ter prostorom za druženje (ob kaminu) na drugi. Tu boste našli tudi HiFi, WIFI in TV, pa tudi projektor za svoje kino-predstave. Kopalnici imata predprostor z dodatnima umivalnikoma. Apartma ima tudi dostop do velike opremljene sončne terase. Iz bivalnega prostora vas spiralne stopnice popeljejo na galerijo, kamor se lahko umaknete, če potrebujete nekaj miru ali pa želite prelistati katero od knjig. Na drugi strani je spalnica s 13 ležišči in pregradnimi stenami in policami. V dnevnem prostoru sta še dodatni dve ležišči. Brezplačna parkirišča so v neposredni bližini. The spacious apartment is well-equipped for a group of 15 guests, for everyone looking for a space to relax together with relatives, friends or participants of various, including "brainstorming" gatherings and courses. The first floor has a covered entrance balcony – porch, followed by a large space with a kitchen and dining room on one side and a space for socializing (by the fireplace) on the other. Here you will also find HiFi, WIFI and TV, as well as a projector for your cinema shows. Two bathrooms have a shared hallway with additional sinks. The apartment also has access to a large furnished sun terrace. From the living area, a spiral staircase leads you to the gallery, where you can retreat if you need some peace or want to flip through one of the books. On the other side is a bedroom with 13 beds and partition walls and shelves. There are two additional beds in the living room. Free parking spaces are nearby.
BIVALNI VOZ/WAGGON
Vsak voz v sadovnjaku ima lastne sanitarije in mini kuhinjo v in ob pritličju 40 m oddaljenega gospodarskega poslopja. Kuhinje so dobro opremljene (hladilnik, dvojni kuhalnik, korito, vsa posoda, pribor...), ob njih je tudi pokrita zunanja jedilnica. Voz ima udobno ležišče za dve osebi, pomični mizici ob sediščih ter dovolj prostora za shranjevanje, dostopnega tudi iz zunanje strani ter zunanjo sedežno garnituro. Najemnik voza lahko ob doplačilu ob njem postavi še svoj manjši šotor za otroke ali prijatelje. Na razgledni točki nad sadovnjakom je leseni podest s kuriščem, ob sadovnjaku pa se vije osvežilni potok. Voza bodo veseli vsi, ki si želijo kampirati, a se nočejo odreči udobju in potovanju brez dodatne opreme za kampiranje. Na voljo je tudi WIFI dostop in brezplačna parkirišča so v neposredni bližini. Each waggon in the orchard has its own toilets and a mini-kitchen in and beside the ground floor of the outbuilding 40 m away. The kitchens are well equipped (refrigerator, double cooker, sink with all cooking/serving equipment). The waggon has a comfortable bed for two people, movable tables next to the seats and enough storage space, also accessible from the outside, as well as outdoor seating. For an additional fee, the renter of the wagon can set up a smaller tent next to it for children or friends. There is a wooden platform with a fireplace at the viewpoint above the orchard, and a refreshing stream meanders by the orchard. Everyone who wants to go camping, but doesn't want to give up comfort and traveling without additional camping equipment, will be satisfied with the comfort of the accommodation. WI-FI access is also available and free parking spaces are nearby.
STUDIO
Mali studio ima vse, kar bosta popotnik ali par potrebovala za svoje bivanje in počitek po spoznavanju razgibane in zelene okolice Gornjega Grada. Mini kuhinja je dobro opremljena za pripravo in postrežbo obrokov. Za drsnimi vrati je skrita mala kopalnica s tušem. Udobno ležišče je raztegljivo (enojno ali dvojno), odprta omara za garderobo pa dovolj prostorna. Prostor je lahko ogrevan/hlajen. Vhodni senčni balkon in sončna terasa nad potokom pa bosta bivanje napravila še prijetnejše. The small studio has everything a traveler or couple will need for their stay and rest after exploring the vibrant and green surroundings of Gornji Grad. The mini kitchen is well equipped for preparing and serving meals. Behind the sliding doors is a small bathroom with a shower. The comfortable bed is extendable (single or double), and the open wardrobe is spacious enough. The space can be heated/cooled. The entrance shaded balcony and sun terrace above the stream will make your stay even more pleasant.

Pod streho dvojnega kozolca je prostor za počitek in prenočevanje popotnikov, ki peš ali s kolesi raziskujejo okolico ali pa jih pot samo zanese mimo. V prostoru je nameščenih 8 spalnih mrež in 4 omarice z zaklepom. Skupna kopalnica je v pritličju stavbe oddaljene 40 m. Pod kozolcem je prostor z mizami in klopmi ter žarom, kjer se popotniki tudi v zavetju pred soncem ali dežjem lahko odpočijejo in okrepčajo. Kozolec je na voljo tudi za dnevni najem za skupine do 30 ljudi za druženje na pikniku. Under the roof of the double hayloft is a place for travelers to rest and spend the night, exploring the area on foot or by bike, or just passing by. The space is equipped with 8 hammocks and 4 lockers with locks. The shared bathroom is located on the ground floor of the building, 40 m away. Under the hayloft is a space with tables and benches and a barbecue, where travelers can rest and prepare a meal, also in shelter from the sun or rain. The hayloft is also available for daily rental for groups of up to 30 people for a picnic.

Gornji Grad
Gornji Grad se nahaja 50 km severovzhodno od Ljubljane, 70 % hribovite pokrajine pokriva gozd. Naseljen je bil že v rimski dobi, v 12. stoletju je bil tu ustanovljen benediktinski samostan. V 16. stoletju so postavili dvorec – poletno rezidenco ljubljanskih škofov, v 17. stoletju pa po prostornini največjo katedralo v Sloveniji. V obrambnem stolpu – Šteklu so muzejske zbirke, galerija in ob njem turistična pisarna, ki vam bo poleg informacij o vseh naravnih in kulturnih znamenitostih kraja in okolice ter o kolesarskih in pohodniških poteh, lahko posodila tudi električno kolo. Sproščeno bivanje na podeželju s pristnim stikom z naravo in vsem udobjem, ki ga nudi Gornji Grad (trgovina, restavracije in gostilne, pek, mesar…) je lahko tudi izhodišče za izlete po Sloveniji.
Gornji Grad is located 50 km northeast of Ljubljana, 70% of the hilly landscape is covered by forest. It was inhabited as early as the Roman era, and in the 12th century a Benedictine monastery was founded here. In the 16th century, a mansion –summer residence of the bishops of Ljubljana and in the 17th century, the largest cathedral in Slovenia in terms of volumewere erected. In the defensive tower – Štekl there are museum collections, a gallery and a tourist office next to it with all information about the natural and cultural sights of the town and its surroundings, cycling and hiking trails and the possibility of renting an electric bicycle. A relaxed stay in the countryside with authentic contact with nature and all the comforts that Gornji Grad offers (shop, restaurants and taverns, baker, butcher...) can also be a starting point for trips around Slovenia.
